Station 53’s response area is 6.39 square miles.  It covers the heart of Prescott Valley from Highway 69 to Manley Drive to the north, east to Fain Road, west to Lake Valley Road, south of HWY 69, including Shadow Mountain Mobile Home Park and Northridge Park.
